Terms & Conditions

Our terms for purchases, subscriptions and use of Chemistry JAM. Last updated 14 October 2026.

PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Plans and access

International: $4.99 for one simulation. Student: $9.99/month or $79.00/year. Teacher: $49.00/month or $269.00/year. The price and billing interval are displayed before payment. Single-simulation purchases provide three years of access to the selected simulation. Student and Teacher subscriptions include all paid simulations. Only Teacher Monthly and Teacher Yearly include Teacher Studio. Student plans and individual purchases do not include Teacher Studio.

Access is activated after a successful, verified payment that meets regional eligibility requirements. Failed, incomplete or cancelled payments do not activate access. Sign in with the same account to use your purchases on another device and view payment records in My Account.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

By accepting the checkout terms for a monthly or yearly plan, you authorise recurring billing at the displayed price and interval. Subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until cancelled, subject to the maximum number of billing cycles shown when you authorise the mandate. Cancel renewal in My Account to stop future charges; access already paid for continues until its expiry date.

Diwali introductory subscription offer

For eligible new Student and Teacher subscriptions created from 22 October through 10 November 2026, 11:59 pm IST: 50% off the first monthly cycle or 70% off the first yearly cycle. Later renewals use the regular plan price disclosed at checkout. The discount applies to one billing cycle only. It does not change existing subscriptions or single-lab prices. Checkout shows the eligible card or UPI payment method; if the offer cannot be validated, payment is blocked rather than silently charging the regular first-cycle price. Cancel automatic renewal in My Account before the next charge to stop future billing.

Regional pricing

India prices require a connection from India and payment with an Indian-issued card or Indian bank payment method. A VPN does not establish eligibility. Overseas-issued cards must use international pricing. Payment eligibility is checked using the classification supplied by Razorpay.

If a captured payment does not meet these requirements, access is withheld for manual review and any future subscription renewal is stopped. Please do not pay again; email contact@chemistryjam.com with your payment ID. Existing purchases retain their accepted terms.

Payment support and refunds

For payment or access issues, email contact@chemistryjam.com with your registered email address, payment ID and a description of the issue. Genuine refund cases are reviewed and processed manually. There is no automatic refund or guaranteed refund window.

Earlier accepted purchase terms and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain applicable.

01

Ownership

Except where another rights holder is identified, Chemistry JAM's original simulations, source code, interactive models, graphics, animation, interface, writing, questions, solutions and arrangement are protected content. © 2026 Chemistry JAM. All rights reserved.

02

Permitted use

Free access, single-lab purchases and Student plans permit individual personal study. An active Teacher Monthly or Teacher Yearly plan additionally permits the subscribed teacher to demonstrate and project simulations live to their own classes, including paid tuition, school and coaching sessions. No plan transfers intellectual-property rights.

03

Teacher classroom licence

Teacher plans cover one teacher’s live classroom demonstrations and Teacher Studio use during the paid period. Branded whiteboard PDF exports may be shared with that teacher’s students with Chemistry JAM branding retained. Do not share your account, resell access or embed the simulations. Multi-teacher, school-wide and other institutional licences require a separate agreement. Request an institutional licence.

04

Recording and media use

You may record your own original whiteboard explanations. Recording, filming, broadcasting, livestreaming or publishing Chemistry JAM simulation content in videos, social media, advertisements or other media requires separate written authorisation. Classroom projection rights do not include redistribution of the simulations.

05

No copying or redistribution

Except for Teacher Studio exports expressly permitted above, do not download, copy, extract, scrape, mirror, embed, frame, translate, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell or make derivative products from Chemistry JAM content.

06

No implied permission

Permissions are limited to those expressly described above. A subscription does not grant recording, redistribution or resale rights. Additional permissions must be provided in writing by the Chemistry JAM rights holder.

PRIVACY & ACCESS

Protected access does not permit reproduction.

Visitor data is handled under the Privacy & Data Use policy. Access may be restricted when these usage terms are violated. These terms operate subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
