Refund review

We do not offer automatic refunds or a standard refund window for new purchases. Genuine refund cases are reviewed individually and approved refunds are processed manually. Email your account email address, payment reference and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, OTPs or card details.

Cancel renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. You can stop future charges from My Account. Already-paid access continues until its expiry; cancellation does not issue an automatic refund.

For purchases made under earlier terms, contact support with your payment reference. Your original purchase terms remain applicable. Nothing here limits applicable statutory rights.
