Open simulations
The free simulations open without visitor login. All other simulations require verified purchased access. A short-lived security cookie is used only to deliver the selected simulation safely.
PRIVACY & DATA USE
Fajan’s Rule, Schrödinger and VBT Overlapping are free without login. Purchased simulations and My Learning use your signed-in account.

Graphics mode, focus mode and recent-lab shortcuts stay in that browser and are not connected to a name or email address.
To understand which lessons help students, Chemistry JAM records the page, time, referral domain, broad device type and country code with random browser and session identifiers. Search terms, full referral URLs and precise location are not stored in these site records.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also uses browser cookies to measure visits, returning browsers and lab and quiz activity. We do not send names, email addresses, comments or quiz answers to Google. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. You can change your choice at the bottom of this page. Google privacy policy.
For signed-in practice, Chemistry JAM saves the question, simulation, difficulty, concept, selected answer, result and attempt time so the learner can view progress across sessions.
A comment stores only the display name, message, selected simulation and submission time provided by the visitor. Personal contact details should not be posted.
Optional star ratings store the selected lab, score, update time and a random browser identifier. A one-year cookie lets you update your rating from the same browser. Ratings are not tied to your name or email; only totals and averages are public.
The support form privately stores the topic, message, optional reply email, page or lab name, request reference, time and resolution status. Only the site owner can access these requests. They are retained for support and follow-up, not published as reviews or sent to analytics. A short-lived cookie and a daily hash of the network address help prevent repeated submissions; raw network addresses are not stored. You can request deletion by contacting contact@chemistryjam.com with your reference number.
Chemistry JAM does not store visitor passwords, OTP codes, login tokens, payment-card details, raw IP addresses, device fingerprints or precise location.
Aggregate traffic and signed-in learning reports remain restricted to the site owner. The owner can inspect learner accuracy by simulation, difficulty, concept and question.
When you use an available sign-in provider, the site receives an account identifier, email and possibly a display name. Orders and subscriptions store your account identifier, email, selected simulation and plan, amount, currency, order and payment identifiers, and verification status. Verified captured payments create account-linked access. Subscription status, billing periods, accepted terms and refund outcomes are retained to manage billing, receipts and support. Razorpay handles payment authorisation and payment details. Sign out from your account page when finished.
Teacher Studio keeps a browser copy of your notebook and syncs its pages, images, typed notes, planner tasks and flashcards to private account-linked cloud storage. Notebooks and recordings are accessible through authenticated Teacher Studio requests for your own account; they are not public reviews or analytics. Signing into the same account lets you open them on another device. Offline edits stay on the device until syncing succeeds.
The microphone is used only after you choose Start recording and grant browser permission. Audio notes are saved privately with their notebook links. A recoverable Trash view stores archived notebooks. Editable backups include recording links, so sign into the same account to play cloud recordings. The student-picker roster remains in local browser storage and editable backups; it is excluded from cloud notebook sync. Contact support for account data removal.
